2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Parking Session Terms

When booking a parking session through the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking
• Pay all applicable fees associated with your parking session
• Comply with all parking rules and regulations at the designated location
• Be responsible for any violations or damages incurred during your parking session
• Understand that parking availability is subject to change and not guaranteed

All parking fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By using the Service, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of these processors. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

• All activities that occur under your account

In no event shall MATT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if MATT or a MATT authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MATT does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. MATT may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.
